Boltbet South Africa is seeking a Withdrawals Administrator to join our operations team in a fast-paced online betting environment. You will review, verify, and process withdrawal requests, ensure compliance with policies, and handle FICA/KYC documentation.

You will monitor transactions, flag suspicious activity, maintain records, and collaborate with customer support, payments, and operations to resolve queries and improve processing times.

Responsibilities

• Verify player information and required FICA/KYC documentation.
• Monitor pending, rejected, and unsuccessful withdrawal transactions.
• Identify and elevate suspicious transactions, account irregularities, or potential fraudulent activity.
• Maintain accurate withdrawal records and assist with daily reporting and payment reconciliation.
• Work closely with customer support, payments, and operations teams to resolve withdrawal-related queries.
• Assist in maintaining efficient withdrawal processing times and a positive player experience.
