Hollywoodbets is seeking a Senior Treasury Administrator to be based in Umhlanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The role focuses on overseeing the withdrawals team to ensure operational excellence, accurate payment processing, and robust compliance.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives. Key responsibilities include processing withdrawal requests, monitoring reports, and delivering timely updates to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing withdrawals in financial or gaming/transactional environments.
• Familiarity with compliance checks and banking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee withdrawals to customer accounts after compliance checks.
• Investigate and resolve bank-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare payment batches and capture data in banking systems for processing.
• Process withdrawal requests from branches and ensure reporting compliance.
• Monitor Withdrawals App/SQL reports every 5 minutes and escalate failures.
• Provide daily rejection and withdrawal statistics reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of valid payment requests and communicate updates to management.
• Demonstrate strong customer service in dealings with customers and teams.
• Support QA targets and implement improvements where needed.
• Attend ad-hoc functions as required.
