The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales/marketing with leadership in luxury hospitality, and a deep wine industry knowledge. Travel worldwide and on-site collaboration are required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in sales and marketing with leadership in wine or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of global wine tourism and luxury brands.
• Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, and content strategy.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business; MBA is a plus.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all product lines and services.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments, domestically and internationally.
• Oversee brand management, public relations, digital marketing, and advertising efforts to enhance visibility.
• Manage the sales budget, forecast revenue, and track KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
• Oversee marketing campaigns for new wine releases, cellar door experiences, and hospitality offerings.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and wine festivals globally.
