Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing and sales, with senior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of global wine markets and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans.
• Oversee brand positioning, PR and digital marketing.
• Drive sales through multi-channel management (export, domestic, cellar door, online).
• Lead and mentor marketing and sales teams and manage budgets.
• Report performance to the executive team.
