About the Role

Our client, a prestigious wine estate in the scenic Paarl region, is seeking an innovative and passionate Wine Tourism Experience Curator. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering unique and memorable wine tourism experiences that highlight the estate's heritage, wines, and the surrounding beauty of the Cape Winelands. You will work closely with the winemaking, marketing, and hospitality teams to create immersive tours, tasting events, and exclusive guest activities. The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of wine, a flair for storytelling, and a strong understanding of the tourism industry. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site at the estate in Paarl for key operational and client-facing duties, while also offering flexibility for remote work on planning and administrative tasks. You will be instrumental in elevating the guest experience, attracting new visitors, and solidifying the estate's position as a premier wine tourism destination. We are looking for a creative individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sharing the magic of wine with visitors from around the world. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in wine tourism, hospitality management, or event curation, preferably within the wine industry.
• In-depth knowledge of winemaking processes, grape varietals, and wine tasting techniques.
• Strong understanding of the South African wine landscape, particularly the Paarl region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling and experience design.
