Responsibilities

• Setting up tasting area.
• Presenting tutored wine tastings.
• Cellar tours.
• Ensure presentation, quality and temperature of all drinks.
• Process wine orders and stock movement.
• Maintain stock and equipment; minimize losses.
• Strict tasting and portion control.
• Daily stock-take of wine and beverages.
• Promote and process sales.
• Comply with Liquor Act regulations.
• Adhere to Liquor Act (No. 59 of 2003) and applicable regulations
