Responsibilities

• Greet guests at assigned tables and ensure each guest receives a menu and wine list.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, including basic ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure tables are properly set with linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Communicate orders timeously to bar and kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages within specified timeframes.
• Clear used cutlery and crockery.
• Upsell desserts and coffee while maintaining service standards.
• Bill guests accurately.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant environment, including fixtures and fittings.
