Job summary

BVPD seeks an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a wine estate in the Robertson area. The role focuses on coordinating full logistics for bottle and bulk wine, planning transport, dispatch, scheduling, SAWIS and export documentation, invoicing, and liaising with clients.

Strong admin and Excel skills are essential. Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in wine; bilingual English/Afrikaans is ideal.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role, preferably within wine.
• Strong administrative and logistical capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full logistics for bottle and bulk wine production.
• Plan and dispatch transport logistics, load scheduling and order fulfilment.
• Develop and maintain bottling schedule.
• Manage SAWIS/export documentation and invoicing.
• Liaise with local/international clients on logistics matters.
• Oversee stock control, packaging and dispatch processes.
• Handle all export-related activities and compliance with standards.
