Career Growth, Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Junior Logistics and Cellar Administrator to support the Winemaker and Logistics team at a Stellenbosch winery.

You will manage administrative processes, inventory, documentation, and assist with export and domestic shipments; forklift experience is a plus.

A relevant qualification and 1–2 years in a similar role are required, with strong computer skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree).
• 1–2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Forklift licence/experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of wine online, SAWIS documentation & IPW admin & audit an advantage.
• Knowledge of export regulations and freight forwarder experience with lab samples submission an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to Winemaker and Logistics department.
• Handle wine audits, ordering of cellar consumables, and inventory control.
• Plan and schedule labeling.
• Manage dry goods stock and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate export and domestic shipments documentation.
• Track and coordinate export/logistics processes.
• Send samples and complete related administration.
