Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive Wills Sales Consultant in Pretoria to drive sales of wills and related financial solutions while addressing clients’ estate planning needs. You will perform telephonic consultations, present quotes, and convert opportunities into contracted sales, upholding high service standards.

The role requires FAIS compliance, RE5, and at least 2 years in sales or client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Effectively address customer queries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
• Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate document completion and delivery

• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
