Placements24 seeks a visionary Chief Financial Officer for a leading retail bank in Welkom, Free State, South Africa. The CFO will shape long-term financial strategy, oversee planning, reporting, risk management, and capital structure.

Based at the headquarters, you will partner with the CEO and Board, drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead large finance teams. Exceptional leaders with SA banking experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership in banking or financial services.
• CPA or equivalent certification is essential.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning and governance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all financial management, reporting, budgeting, treasury operations.
• Develop and implement the bank's overall financial strategy, aligning with objectives.
• Manage capital structure, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound governance.
