Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial aspects of the organization from its Rustenburg base. The role requires strategic leadership, deep IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and a track record in driving profitability.

The CFO will guide budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and investor relations while ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. A senior finance leader with 10+ years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in senior financial leadership (CFO/VP Finance).
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, IFRS/GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Demonstrated success in managing cash flow, investments and debt financing.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Residency or strong ties to Rustenburg area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy and long-term plans.
• Oversee accounting and financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure for stability and growth.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and the Board.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Lead investor relations and manage relationships with banks and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend investments to support growth.
• Develop annual budget and long-term forecasts.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
