Job summary

Isilumko Staffing is offering an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Manager in Cape Town. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end warranty and returns process, along with inventory management. With room for excellent career growth into Operations & Supply Chain Management, the candidate will handle supplier claims and ensure compliance with SLAs.

The ideal applicant must have a BComm or BBA qualification and at least 1 year of experience in inventory control or distribution. Strong ERP exposure and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are critical.

Qualifications

• Graduate – BComm or BBA qualification.
• 1+ years’ experience within inventory control, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Strong ERP systems exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and supplier management abilities.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end warranty and return merchandise (RMA) process.
• Handle supplier claims, repairs, replacements, and credit note recovery.
• Monitor and reconcile defective, repaired, and replacement stock.
• Ensure accurate inventory processing and ERP system updates.
• Maintain SLA compliance and reduce warranty-related losses.
• Compile and present warranty and stock reports to management.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, finance, logistics, and sales teams.
• Investigate trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce stock shrinkage.
