Job summary

MANPOWER Group in the Western Cape seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage finished goods warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy. You will oversee order administration, picking, dispatch and customer deliveries while coordinating loading activities and FIFO compliance.

The role requires leadership of warehouse staff, adherence to food safety and GMP standards, and ongoing drive for process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field advantageous.
• 3–4 years' experience in warehouse, stores, supply chain or finished goods.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control and dispatch operations.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Oversee sales order administration, order picking, dispatch, and customer deliveries.
• Coordinate loading activities and ensure FIFO compliance.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate variances, and maintain records.
• Monitor storage conditions, cold chain and warehouse layout optimization.
• Drive compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, health and safety standards.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff to meet targets.
• Manage team performance, training, attendance and relations.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
