Job summary

The BEverage COMpany is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to oversee regional production planning, QA, SHERQ adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery across the region.

Ideal candidates bring 8 years of operational execution experience in manufacturing, lean practices, and strong Excel/SAP skills, with a postgraduate qualification and professional registration.

Qualifications

• Post graduate Diploma and Professional Registration / NQF level 8 (Essential)
• Up to 8 years experience (Operational Execution) Manufacturing; Lean Manufacturing; Finance; Human Resources; Project Management;
• MS Excel; SAP; MS PowerPoint; MS Word; E Mail

Responsibilities

• Actively engage at regional level in the End-to-End Sales and Operational Planning Process
• Contribute to the Material Planning process as well as the execution of the Material Plan for region of responsibility
• Ensure that the Daily Production / Manufacturing Schedule is aligned to ensure delivery in line with customer requirements
• Work with Head of Supply Chain Planning and Regional Logistics Manager to guarantee order fulfilment in line with customer requirements, cost, quality and time parameters
• Produce / Manufacture Product
• Sign-Off on the Master Production / Manufacturing Schedule
• Monitor the Daily Production / Manufacturing Schedule to ensure timeous product delivery to customers
• Oversee the entire end to end Production/Manufacturing process for relevant region
• Accountable for Raw Material Management, Raw Materials and Packaging (Receiving)
