Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd seeks a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize inbound to outbound stock flows across our facility. You will drive cost-efficient operations, enforce Premier Way standards, and mentor a high-performance team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Experience in warehouse leadership, health and safety, and process improvement is essential. Strong budgeting, fleet control, and collaboration with the replenishment team are required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Academy Certificate or Leadership/Management Certificate (Essential)
• Advanced OSHACT certificate (Essential)
• FSSC 22000 or equivalent (Essential)
• Logistics or Supply chain management diploma (Desirable)
• LSS Greenbelt (Desirable)
• Lean Champion (Desirable)
• 3-5 years FMCG warehouse manager role
• 5 - 7 years Supervisory management of continuous operations

Responsibilities

• To optimize warehouse operational processes to meet customer requirements.
• To drive cost effective and efficient operations with budget adherence.
• To ensure health, safety, environmental and risk management compliance.
• To drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
• To ensure compliance with Premier Food Safety standards and housekeeping.
• To build high-performance culture through leadership and development.
• To manage on-time, in-full deliveries with licensed drivers and vehicle upkeep.
