Job summary

BevCo in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead regional operations and ensure adherence to a comprehensive framework of policies and controls. The role emphasizes production planning, material planning, and scheduling aligned with customer needs, across multiple functions within the region.

The incumbent will oversee end-to-end production processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, safety, and environment standards are met while coordinating with Supply

Qualifications

• Post graduate Diploma with professional registration (NQF level 8) is essential.
• Up to 8 years experience in manufacturing operations, lean, finance, HR, or project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Word, and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Align the Daily Production/Manufacturing Schedule to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Head of Supply Chain Planning and Regional Logistics Manager on order fulfilment.
• Monitor end-to-end production processes across the region.
• Manage raw material handling, receiving and packaging.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control in operations.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
