About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team, primarily working remotely. While this role offers significant remote flexibility, occasional on-site presence may be required for specific operational needs or training sessions in **Vereeniging, Gauteng**. You will be instrumental in supporting the smooth functioning of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and coordination with logistics partners. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will contribute to optimizing workflows and ensuring timely execution of warehouse tasks through effective remote management and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and locations.
• Process customer orders and prepare them for shipment, ensuring all details are correct.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain organized and accurate warehouse records, both digital and physical where applicable.
• Support the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the operational scope.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Participate in cycle counts and periodic inventory checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or a certificate in logistics is a plus.
