Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric / NQF 4 qualification and warehouse experience required.
• 3-4 years in a warehouse, stores, logistics or stock control environment.
• Stock receiving, storing, picking, issuing and controlling stock knowledge.
• Experience with stock counts and stock reconciliations.
• MS Office and ERP experience; forklift certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against documentation.
• Inspect items and report shortages, damage or discrepancies.
• Allocate, label and store stock to maintain traceability.
• Maintain stock records and capture stock movements in the ERP system.
• Issue stock to Production and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely with inspections kept.
• Deliver parts and documents to company sites and customers while ensuring proper loading.
