Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Offloading supplier deliveries and allocating stock to designated storage locations.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch according to procedures.
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and maintained according to FIFO principles.
• Conducting stock counts, cycle counts and assisting with stock takes.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Processing goods received, issued, transferred and returned documentation.
• Loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring safe handling of products.
• Coordinating deliveries, collections and courier dispatches.
• Verifying order accuracy before dispatch and upon receipt.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and warehouse documentation.
