Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in Pretoria. You will oversee stock control, GRNs, and a safe, organized storeroom while supervising the warehouse team to meet daily requirements.

Key duties include cycle counts, stock receiving, issuing, inter-branch transfers, and maintaining accurate stock documentation, with a strong focus on health and safety and efficient workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric and forklift licence required.
• 3–5 years in stores/warehouse supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory management systems; Fenya a plus.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and planning abilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock counts and maintain accurate records.
• Receive stock and process GRNs.
• Issue stock against job cards and manage attic stock.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers and stock returns.
• Record serial numbers for equipment.
• Ensure secure storeroom and safety signage.
• Supervise warehouse staff and delegate duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Plan warehousing activities to improve efficiency.
• Oversee forklift maintenance and safe operation.
