Job summary

On Consulting (Pty) Ltd seeks a Storeman or Warehouse Clerk to manage inventory, ensure accurate recording, and maintain orderly storage in Durban. You will handle receiving, verification, and stock control to keep goods moving efficiently.

The role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse or logistics setting, basic computer skills, and physical fitness to lift and move boxes. Experience with WMS or barcode scanners is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail storage environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate inventory software or barcode scanners.
• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and verification of inbound deliveries against delivery notes or purchase orders; inspect goods for damage.
• Log all stock movements; perform cycle counts and full stock takes.
• Bin and organize inventory safely and logically based on turnover or fragility.
