The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with Pastel, and the ability to manage reporting functions. Own transport and good communication are essential to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Monitor stock, review packing lists and confirm stock availability after unpacking to be available for dispatch.
• Receiving and dispatching: Oversee receipt and dispatch of goods and ensure checks against inwards paperwork.
• Safety and compliance: Enforce safety procedures and policies throughout the warehouse.
• Vehicle management: Manage vehicle maintenance and upkeep; coordinate between sites.
• Warehousing processes: Align roles across Durban and other locations; back-up for Warehouse Manager.
• WMS support: Assist with label creation for pallets across warehouses.
