Job summary

Pnet in Bloemfontein is seeking a warehouse inventory assistant to support the Spares Team. You will monitor stock levels, transact in the system, and ensure accurate serial numbers for inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires flexibility for weekend work, strong attention to detail, and good communication with internal and external stakeholders. Prior SAP/ERP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; basic numeracy and literacy required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sharing daily reports with the Spares Team in the region.
• Transact on the system and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with precision, ensuring correct serial numbers and quantities.
• Engage with Suppliers regarding shipments and Open STOs.
• Be available to work weekends and extended hours for receiving and issuing urgent spares.
• Engage with ASPs and ensure alignment on warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with the team and report to the Principal Specialist.
• Conduct weekly stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy
