About the Role

Our client, a well-established company in the logistics and warehousing sector, is seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Inventory Controller for their facility in Mahikeng, North West. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring that stock levels are precisely managed, and all movements are accurately recorded. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all goods within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
• Monitor stock levels and report on stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments.
• Ensure proper organization and labeling of all inventory items within the warehouse.
• Implement and adhere to established inventory control policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or similar role within logistics and warehousing.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards relevant to Mahikeng, North West.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving stock issues.
