Job summary

Core Group ZA's PLG Warehouse in Jet Park is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to support inventory administration, trade-in processing, stock movements and order fulfilment.

The successful candidate will resolve customer queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely warehouse processes. Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse admin, Grade 12, and strong Excel/Outlook skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track store trade-ins and stock transfers.
• Manage online trade-in administration, assessments, customer feedback and returns.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory queries.
• Process RTVs, stock movements and inventory corrections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
• Process and respond to customer, store and internal queries within agreed service levels.
• Pick, pack, invoice and dispatch online and store orders.
• Assist with stock tracing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure all warehouse administration activities are completed accurately and timeously.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our PLG (Previously Loved Goods) Warehouse team in Jet Park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory administration, trade-in processing, stock movements, order fulfilment, customer query resolution, and maintaining accurate warehouse records to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track store trade-ins and stock transfers.
• Manage online trade-in administration, assessments, customer feedback and returns.
