Job Type: Contract

Location: Western Cape - CPT - Southern Suburbs

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator with 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking quantity of stock to load vs Dispatch Note for local customers.
• Preparing pre-dispatch to ensure smooth loading process for exports and local orders.
• Compiling documentation for Duty Drawback claim.
• Issuing works orders for upcoming dispatches to storeman.
• GRN of all incoming raw materials.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Stock Control, POD, Barcodes, Syspro, GRN, and Returns.
• Strong system aptitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
