Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting new volunteers from the Mossel Bay community and beyond.
• Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, ensuring proper documentation and background checks.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to volunteers, equipping them for their roles.
• Match volunteer skills and interests with appropriate program needs and opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, addressing queries and providing support.

• Maintain accurate volunteer records and track volunteer hours and impact.

Requirements

• Previous experience in volunteer coordination, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
