Placements24 is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead and expand sales across Klerksdorp, North West. You will drive adoption of advanced medical technologies in hospitals, clinics, and private practices, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device sales, a deep understanding of hospital purchasing processes, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related healthcare field.
• 5+ years sales experience in medical devices/pharma.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas in competitive markets.
• Ability to sell complex medical technologies to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve territory targets.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities with hospitals, clinics and private practices.
• Build long-lasting relationships with surgeons, physicians, hospital admins and procurement teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service education for staff.
• Communicate clinical and economic benefits of medical devices.
• Forecast sales, manage expenses, and maintain CRM records.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and technology trends.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists and marketing on launches.
