Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Project Manager for a FinTech leader to drive strategy, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. This fully remote role requires guiding distributed teams, navigating regulatory landscapes, and aligning technical and business objectives.

You will mentor remote teams, define scope and KPIs, manage risks, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy. Strong leadership and PMP or Agile certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 4 years in the FinTech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology projects remotely.
• Deep understanding of financial services, digital payments, blockchain, or related technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with remote collaboration tools.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex FinTech projects.
• Manage and mentor remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Define project scope, objectives, key performance indicators, and success criteria.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues in a remote environment.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and data privacy laws.
