Placements24 is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote Lead Product Manager to guide the development of our core product suite. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional value.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of launching and scaling complex digital products in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex B2C or B2B digital products.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development processes, and user-centered design.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and managing distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Passionate about technology and delivering outstanding user experiences.

Responsabilités

• Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Prioritize product features and develop detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Launch new products and features, overseeing go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve satisfaction.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to all levels of the organization, including executives.
