Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex B2C or B2B digital products.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development processes, and user-centered design.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and managing distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Passionate about technology and delivering outstanding user experiences.
