Placements24 is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote role in the Insurtech space. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver digital insurance solutions.
You will shape product vision, conduct market research, and translate findings into actionable requirements. 7+ years in product management with Insurtech experience desired, plus strong leadership for remote teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years in product management with Insurtech or digital financial services emphasis.
- Proven track record launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong communication, leadership and remote stakeholder mgmt skills.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Insurtech initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
- Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and specs for engineering.
- Prioritize backlog and manage lifecycle in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and optimization.
