Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years in mechanical engineering with renewables focus.
• Experience leading complex projects and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in FEA/CFD and CAD tools (Ansys, SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Authorized to work in South Africa.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of mechanical components for renewable tech.
• Perform advanced structural, thermal and fluid analyses.
• Develop specifications, drawings and BOMs.
• Oversee prototyping, testing and validation.
