• Develop detailed engineering specifications, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers, fostering technical growth and project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with electrical, control, and civil engineering aspects.
• Work with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet quality requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and techno-economic assessments for new renewable energy concepts and technologies.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a substantial focus on renewable energy systems or complex machinery design.
