Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience with CAD and FEA tools.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluids, materials, and structural analysis.
• Experience in project management including planning, scheduling and cost control.
• PE registration or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and development of mechanical components and systems for renewable energy projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, specs, and BOMs using CAD.
• Perform stress, thermal analyses and simulations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources for project delivery.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and technicians.
• Oversee manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical engineering issues during execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety codes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
