The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, and is skilled in 3D CAD and FEA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and a good understanding of CAE tools (FEA).
• Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Knowledge of materials commonly used in energy systems.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for renewable energy applications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Perform structural analysis, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics simulations to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Conduct testing and validation of prototypes, analyze results, and implement design improvements.
• Research and specify appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for renewable energy components.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development of new concepts and innovative solutions for the renewable energy sector.
• Support the manufacturing and installation teams with technical expertise.
