Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA.
• CA(SA) or CPA qualification highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, incl. 3–5 years as CFO/VP of Finance.
• Proven track record in capital raising and investor relations.
• Experience with M&A and due diligence.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy and capital structure.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and tax.
• Lead fundraising efforts with VC/PE or debt financing.
• Manage investor relations and report to the board.
• Build robust financial controls and compliance.
• Guide mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Lead high-performing finance team.
• Ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
