Placements24 is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for a rapidly expanding tech startup, fully remote. The CFO will oversee accounting, treasury, FP&A, and tax; lead fundraising efforts; manage investor relations; ensure regulatory compliance; and build a distributed finance team.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent international designation.
• 10–15 years in progressive financial leadership roles, 5+ in CFO/VP Finance.
• Experience with fundraising (VC/PE) in high-growth startups.
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, and governance.
