• Select and mix varnish to achieve desired color and consistency
• Apply varnish to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finish by sanding and buffing between coats
• Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups
• Maintain and clean varnishing equipment and tools
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment at all times
• Collaborate with other crew members to coordinate varnishing projects and prioritize tasks
• Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project
• Stay updated on new techniques and products in the varnishing industry
