Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for varnishing by sanding, filling, and smoothing.
• Select and mix varnish to achieve desired color and consistency.
• Apply varnish to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finish by sanding between coats.
• Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch-ups.
• Maintain and clean varnishing equipment and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.
• Collaborate with crew to coordinate varnishing projects.
• Keep records of materials used and time spent.
• Stay updated on new techniques and products in varnishing.
