Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to lead a team of carpenters on marine construction, installation, and repair of ship structures.

You will plan daily tasks, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule while upholding safety standards. The role requires at least five years in carpentry with two in supervision, strong knowledge of marine materials, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of marine carpentry techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
