Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced upholsterer to work aboard our cruise ships. You will repair, replace, measure, cut and sew upholstery, and install pieces that meet interior design standards.

Collaborate with the design team, maintain a clean work area, manage materials and safety protocols, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong teamwork and independent time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Repair and replace damaged or worn upholstery on furniture, walls, and other surfaces onboard the cruise ship
• Measure, cut, and sew fabric to create new upholstery pieces
• Install and secure new upholstery pieces using appropriate tools and techniques
• Work closely with the interior design team to ensure all upholstery meets design standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Complete projects within given timeframes and budgets
