Job summary

Lebone Paarl Labels is a Paarl-based printing business specialising in high-quality wine and commercial labels. A Sales Coordinator is sought to grow our customer base, strengthen client relationships and support sales and production processes.

The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities and coordinating orders with production while ensuring accurate quotations and prompt issue resolution. On-site position in Paarl, SA.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required.
• Relevant Sales/Marketing qualification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and quality issues promptly.
• Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate new jobs with Estimating, Pre-Press, DTP and Production.
• Ensure quotations, artwork, pricing and job requirements are correct and authorised.
• Maintain accurate job tracking and administration.
• Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.
• Comply with company policies, ISO, Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Promote teamwork and contribute positively to the company culture.
