VW Germiston is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to sell used vehicles and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will build relationships, demonstrate vehicles, and strive to exceed monthly targets.

Requirements include a proven automotive sales record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license; you should be comfortable working weekends and some holidays, with CRM experience and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably used vehicles.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for used vehicles.
• Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, referrals.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations for customers.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and promotions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Maintain high product knowledge and customer service skills.
