Job summary

AUTO24 is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Executive in Roodepoort, South Africa to drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience. You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery, conduct test drives, and coordinate with F&I and admin teams.

Applicants should have proven sales experience, strong the ability to prospect daily, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid South African driver’s license. The role requires retail hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, automotive preferred but strong general sales welcomed.
• Ability to prospect daily via calls, walk-ins, referrals, online leads.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Comfort with high call volumes and active prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new business daily (calls, walk-ins, referrals, online leads).
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (units, gross profit, activity).
• Conduct professional meet-and-greet and needs analysis to match customers to the right vehicle.
• Present vehicles confidently and conduct test drives per policy.
• Convert enquiries into signed deals and follow up consistently.
