Job summary

Huntswood, a ResultsCX company, is hiring Customer Service Advisors for night shifts in Cape Town. You will handle webchat, voice and email, resolve issues, and build rapport to create WOW moments for customers.

The role is a short-term contract with global exposure, offering a basic salary of R8000 plus a R2500 night shift allowance and an attendance bonus, plus a potential R5000 completion bonus. Prior multi-channel support experience and US market knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent is required.
• Six months of call centre or related experience in financial services or customer support.
• Experience in multichannel environments (phone/chat/email) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of the US market is an asset.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service via webchat, voice, and email

Job Requirements

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Clear Credit and Criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of six (6) months of call centre experience or six (6) month related experience in financial services environment, customer service or debit card or credit card support.
• Experience or demonstrated capability in a multichannel environment (Phone/Chat/Emails)
• Basic understanding and knowledge of the US market is essential.
