Huntswood Group is hiring for a Customer Services Advisor to join our fast‑paced US support team. You will handle inbound calls and emails with empathy, provide health care information, and guide customers through various health care systems.

You’ll work toward personal and team targets while expanding your skills through training on more complex queries. The role emphasizes strong communication, active listening, and a detail‑oriented, adaptable, team‑focused attitude, with basic CRM experience

Competenze

• 1 year customer service experience; USA campaign experience is imperative.
• Experience in a financial service environment (health care advantageous).
• Able to understand metric systems and maintain accuracy.
