OpsArmy is seeking an experienced tax accountant to provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role demands strong technical accounting judgment and the ability to independently investigate and resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have CPA/EA qualifications and demonstrated experience with US tax, payroll, and financial reporting. Will work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Ability to handle complex inquiries and investigations.
• Experience with tax notices, payroll questions, and tax filings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and collaborative tools.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records; identify recurring issues for knowledge resources.
