OpsArmy is seeking an experienced US Tax Preparation & Review Specialist (CPA / Enrolled Agent Preferred) to provide Level 2 support on complex US tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.

The role requires hands-on tax knowledge (1040/Schedule C, 1120-S), ability to explain technical concepts to clients, and independent problem solving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of US individual and small business taxation.
• Ability to research tax questions and explain technical concepts to clients.
• Experience with tax notices and client-facing financial support.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US tax, accounting, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Communicate technical findings clearly via Zendesk, email, and scheduled calls.
• Explain tax concepts and next steps to clients in clear terms.
